The Oregon Political Tax Credit allows you to give any qualified political organization $50/individual or $100/couple as a dollar-for-dollar credit on their income taxes.
This is a great way for you to help us protect your interests as an Oregon faculty member and receive the full amount back as a “credit” when you do your 2016 income taxes. There is no limit to what you can donate to OFPAC, but the tax credit only applies to the first $50/$100 (depending on your filing status).
